RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges within 8 days of purchase. Exchange is only applicable if a wrong article is delivered to you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Delivery Charges & Pickup

The customer will pay the delivery charges for the exchange process. We will assign a rider to pick up the parcel directly from your address and drop the replacement item.

3. Processing Time

Once your exchange request is approved, the complete exchange process will take 4 to 6 business days.
