SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Charges & Timings

• Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3 – 5 Business Days.
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders above Rs. 15,000. Flat rate fee applies on orders below Rs. 15,000.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or Email to follow your parcel’s status in real-time.
